We Are Open
Dear Patients and Friends,
Due to the Coronavirus issue our nation is facing, we are taking extraordinary measures to ensure your safety with our office so that your care may continue.
Here are the precautions we have enacted within our office:
- I’m checking myself daily for signs and symptoms of any illness to minimize the risk of transmission.
- Our entrance door, reception area, treatment rooms and tables, and bathroom surfaces are being wiped down with disinfectant after every patient encounter and every hour.
- To reduce exposure to people and maintain social distance we asked that you stay in your car and call (219) 365-4777 when you arrive and we will tell you when to come in. This will give us time to clean and disinfect and prepare a space for you.
- Waiting room chairs are separated for social distancing and disinfected after use. A small sticky note on the chair means it has been disinfected. Please throw the note away after sitting in chair.
- I wash my hands, disinfecting them before and after every contact with patients and in between every patient.
- The trash is being emptied every 30 minutes.
- Our floors are being disinfected twice daily.
These are extraordinary times that require vigilance and extraordinary measures. If you are experiencing or have been exposed to a person who is experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please stay home. Seek medical care if short of breath, have a dry unproductive cough and have a fever or if you have been exposed to someone with these symptoms.
